Ryan and Jordan were friends growing up. They went to Hamburg and played soccer together all through out. Then, they went off and got jobs, houses, got married, and had kids. After some time they reconnected and all four of us became fast friends

We learned we all had our own individual and combined dreams of starting a gym. We all had our unique journeys with fitness and health. We all knew the value of being consistent with our workout routines and finding a healthy balance with our diets. We knew we wanted to help and support others in their health journeys as well. We weren't sure exactly what it would look like, or when, or how it would ever happen, but we knew the direction we wanted to go and we knew we wanted to do it together.

We hung out a lot over the C0v*d year. You know how it went; everything was canceled and we all had friends and family that wanted to keep their distance. But we became family to each other and went on lots of hikes and ate dinner together often. Our crazy ideas turned into serious, not-so-crazy ones. We wanted it to be more than a gym, more that just reaching physical and health goals, we wanted to create a space where community could be cultivated. A space where we could focus on our growth in the areas of faith, family and fitness. That's how the idea of a community center was born!

All four of us are excited because we love to workout and we are like kids in a candy store when it comes to gym equipment! But more importantly, this is a beautiful opportunity to serve others in our community. We want to use our God - given gifts, passions and knowledge to serve those around us in the way we know best!

We can't wait to meet you and have you join our community here at Three Strands! T minus two months!

Meet our team.
